What is EPDM Roofing?

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane primarily composed of ethylene and propylene, which are derived from oil and natural gas. The membrane is vulcanized before delivery and installation, ensuring it will never warp or emit hazardous chemicals when exposed to moisture and heat. This roofing can vary in thicknesses anywhere from .045″ to .090″, is available as a non-reinforced or reinforced sheet, and comes in either black or white, so you can customize to fit your specifications.
